good service is the key to success

Thanks to Mr Rajan Mehta (SOTC) for sparing some time from his busy schedule to make this assignment(business communication) a success.In service sector it is very difficult to satisfy the customers especially when there are numbers of competitors giving customers the best service.Mr Rajan Mehta established his tour and travel business in Ludhiana as according to him Ludhiana is the commercial hub of Punjab.Effective motivation of employees is very important so as to retain them in the business,so he tries to keep their spirits high by giving them number of incentives like Rs 500 per booking and also free lunch coupons to various hotels.Clear mission of employer and clear vision of employees together can't stop any business from growing.Mr Rajan Mehta wanted to take the accreditation of ITA so that his company can be the best in this line.There are many competitors to his business like Thomas cook and Cox & Kings who are giving tour packages at a very low rates but according to Mr Mehta service matters alot to customers.His company is giving the best services to customers,accommodation facilities,visa etc. They try to attract customers by giving them a number of offers like two night free offer,child free offer etc.The company is growing day by day and within 4 to 5 years, they wanted to be Punjab's top tour and travel company. So,satisfying customers is the only way to be successful in every business.
